Most fly swatters I've seen are built in a way that make it hard to get a shock, but I have played with a dogs shock collar and it freaking hurts even on a lower level of the 0 out of 99.
Started at the lowest level around my thigh. I was not willing to have it close to the neck and the nerves. She had one around her thigh and we played battleship starting the shock at level one.
Everytime your ship got hit, the level went up one. A sunk ship the level went up 5. We had to press our own button to apply the shock. Loser got to wear the collar for the rest of the day. 8 lost and the collar got applied to my balls.

I was about 5 years old and found it left out on the counter not knowing what it did. my finger was the spot that hurt most and the only spot I tried. i probably didn't ant to do it again mack then but i do now lol
