I’m looking for some dares and clothing items to purchase to help me get started into crossdressing and bring out my sissy side. I’m also willing to buy any toys that are required for any dares

If you are just starting, I think start with buying inner garments and from now on you have to completely change your inner wear from men's one to ladies one. Gradually you may go with buying outer wear.

Good start is some pairs of panties, 3 or more to give you some options. Also a pair or two of leggings. Generally anything that can be worn underneath your everyday clothes.

As for toys, definitely a plug and a dildo are a necessary start.

I would get a decent wig off of amazon or something like that and then some makeup. With those items you could wear jeans and a shirt and still be feminine. I would start small though and go from there, especially if you haven't done it before. There is no reason to spend a bunch of money if it isn't something you are interested in.
