Need self ballbusting dares from girls(as a punishment from previous dare)

So my punishment for cumming without permission, fapping too much, and admiring female bodies, is to get as many ballbusting dares and cumming restrictions from girls as possible. After that, put them in a list, and do them all as a punishment.

I will accept any ballbusting that, comes from a female user, and involves female shoes(Any), my fists(for strikes), rope/string/rubber bands), or objects.

An example of the dares that I need to get from girls are(IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THIS FORMAT):

EX.-Put an elastic around your balls, and hit two times with a flip flop for every girl you see in the day.
EX.-If you look at a girl's feet, hit yourself self 10 times for each foot with a wedge shoe.

Please girls, give me as many ballbusting punishments or cumming restrictions as you want.
