Nope, no time to get soft. I suspect if he was hard before he started the dare, he would get hard again midway through the streak. Is there a big difference if he was hard or not if he's already totally nude? I guess it would expose that he has a kink for such a thing and perhaps he doesn't want people to know...

Yes to covering but only if someone sees him. However, I imagine that would be tough if he was particularly well endowed. Having his dick out swinging during the streak might portray him as more of a pervert to the public. I guess that's not what we are aiming for.

This is a great question! Made me think about how the simple act of covering or being hard might change the public's (if caught) perception of the poor person.

Well there are two reasons a guy would want to cover, because he is embarrassed. Also there is an added risk because immediately people know you are excited.
