Not sure if many people know this but originally people would go to the gym nude, even the original Olympics had people compete in the nude

I'm curious if anyone on here has done a nude workout, either in a gym or in private

I used to live in an apartment complex that had a workout center with the typical multi-station weight machine. I would regularly go in early in the morning to work out, leaving my clothes at the door. Depending on the weather and what was on the schedule that day, I would finish by doing laps in the pool before getting dressed.

I also used to go on morning runs, leaving my clothes stashed at my "start point". The only real issue (besides the risk of discovery) was chaffing.

We have a home gym a treadmill and a exercise bike which I used to use regularly at home and I am always nude .Since my heart failure I still use the treadmill to help get my strength back but only short bursts still naked .

Most of my at home work out is nude but I'd never go to gym or out running nude,

Also I'd love for the Olympics to be done in the nude lol

never have done a 'nude' in a gym..

however I had a neighbor whos exhusband had a gym in their twocar garage.

This gym was expensive but the wife kept it in the divorce.

This lady was one that caught me on a past streaking effort.

It was very much used by me, mostly per her requirements.

Suffice to say, it was heavily used and was part of our antics, which was very much me being boytoy and etc

I've worked out nude at home when I was alone or the kids were sleeping. If I'm doing any higher impact activity though I need to wear a sports bra otherwise it is not pleasant at all. I don't think I'd risk working out naked in a public gym, though (however swimming sounds like fun - something to try one of these days - in my own pool).

When I workout at home I tend to do it naked, I find it much more comfortable than working out with clothes on. Typically exercises like pushups, pullups, squats, abs, things like that

I would choose probably sit-ups. When Im clothed doing them the clothes often irritate my sensitive areas.
