How about to wake you up for your night shift, you start by rolling a die. 40mins before you go out for your shift in the evening, take a cold shower (coldest the shower goes) and edge the number of times the die indicated while in the shower under the water. After you leave the shower, you can get ready for work. While still at home, if you have time before leaving, you are allowed to cum while clothed with any over the cloth action; if not, you aren't allowed to cum the rest of the evening.
