This contest is non discriminatory and spectating is fine.

There's plenty sites out there, but I don't know which one is truly anonymous. I guess most people do have their very own preferences though.

Imgur is good, create an account and upload the picture, setting it as private, then send the url to dasa

I guess I need to give the contest registration a deadline. Registration closes September 24th at 1:00pm UTC. If we don't get to 8 participants by then, I'll cancel the contest.
