Make some noodles and then put them in your shoe. make sure there's enough to completely cover the bottom of the shoe. Now put on the shoes, with no socks, and go workout, like running or biking. Once you get really tired you can head back home. Now you have two choices here. you can take a big scoop of noodles (about the size where you can eat it in one large bite) from each one of the shoes and chew for 30 seconds, then swallow. Or instead of eating the sweaty noodles you can choose option 2: keep the shoes on untill you are ready for bed.
