Two Dare Forums

If you have a dare to suggest, which forum should you post it in. Dare or TORD Online? They both seem to be pretty much the same.

If you want to give a dare, just a general one use Dare. If you want to ask for a dare, or, reply to someone who's asking for a dare with a dare, use TORD online.

Hope that's as clear as mud.
