Drink a Large amount of water. For this dare you can't use the toilet at all. put on your diaper. Go through your entire day, whatever you are doing, but you have to soil your diaper every time the need arises. If you have to shit, You must be sitting. You cannot clean yourself up. Report the results to us.

If you want, you can change it so you have a maximum of 2 diaper changes,but you still cant clean yourself, and if you change yourself, it must be where people could potentially see you.

Just an idea

give yourself an enema with jelly or jam right before u have to poop and leave it in. Then do the same for u pussy. Then put on diaper and hold poop for as long as possible as u walk around a mall. Pm me details please, sounds funny...
