Default Dealing With Denial

Hi all,

I have recently begun a period of orgasm denial in order to get control of my use of porn and to re learn how to masturbate in a healthy way.

If anybody is interested in healthy and safe technique for masturbation (for men), this is a good site: http://www.curedeathgrip.com/

I'd be interested to hear if anybody here has any tips for denying yourself an orgasm for extended periods of time. I'm a few days in and as someone who masturbated regularly I'm finding my mind wandering to sex and pornography a lot, is there any secret to stopping these thoughts entering your mind? Do they fade as time goes on, or will I just learn to enjoy the thoughts and stop linking pleasure to orgasm?

Any replies are appreciated

Personally for me, I get very turned on/think dirty thought for the first 4-7 days. Then, as long as you don’t edge/actively seek out sexual material, it kinda just fades to the back of my mind. But, after about two or three weeks the horniness comes back with a vengeance. Keep in mind though that everyone is different
