Maybe this is a stupid question....... Are they sisters? Twin sisters? I can't help but notice the similarities between the two (no offense, getdare, but kinktalk looks prettier! So much pink!). So what's the deal with these two forums?

If you go to the about tab you can see that in 2008 kinktalk was launched as a spin off to getDare.

It was meant to be an 18+ spin-off as you're not allowed to post porn here but you can over there
