After you next pee and poop, drink a liter of water and insert a banana, then put on a diaper. Your goal is to pee before the banana comes out. If you succeed, you may change, if you fail you must cut slits in the current diaper and put another on top, you may not change until the second diaper leaks.

Pack a big dose of suppositories into a cheap bag alongside a diaper and 1L of water in a bottle. Other changing supplies also recommended, though nothing you'll miss if you lose it. You'll be going out for a drive after drinking a litre of water and padding up. If you can't drive, you'll be walking instead.

Either way, head on out for a short drive or long walk, before hopping out of the car if you were using one and walking further away from the direction of home. You'll be walking an hour so feel free to drink if you need it. Nearing the end of this hour, you'll want to be scoping out a suitable place to change, like a bathroom or change rooms. Once you somewhere good, go in and insert the suppositories, making sure that by now you'd drank all the water in your bottle. Give it a refill and bring the bottle with you if you can, leaving your bag in a noticeable spot sitting open. Walk for about 30 minutes more away from your car before doubling back. You'll either find yourself relieved to find the bag still there, or worried if it's missing. In the case it's missing, you'll have to brave the trip back home in your messy diapers!

For January 2024, for any night that you do not have a legit conflict /limit with, you must drink 500 ml one hour before bed and diaper up. Once you diaper up, you're not allowed to use the toilet at all for 9 hours. If you wet your diaper before the 9 hours are up, you truly are a baby! So, every wet night time diaper = 1 hour of full AB mode (crawling, drooling, eating baby food with hands, baby songs and cartoons, wetting and messing as soon as you have the urge, listening to related hypnosis files, etc.). If you mess your diaper, you're not allowed to change it until after the 9 hours are up and you owe 4 hours of full AB mode.

Let's help you get better fast and have some fun by doing so. For the start, get the following things ready to use:

1. A big pot or cane of tea (only tea counts since you are ill)
2. A diaper or something relatable that can hold at least a little accident.
3. A device to watch your favourite kid's cartoon.

When everything is ready to start, get the diaper on your little butt and get back in your bed. The target is to finish a few episodes of your favourite TV show and then nap. The trick is, as you are already thinking, that the toilet is off-limits until the nap.
You can start the nap only if the pot of tea you prepared is completely emptied and the episode you watched is over.
If you stayed completely dry over time, you can reaward yourself with the vibrator, but no direct contact! I wish you a good time.
PS: For a little extra challenge, set a minimum time limit for the nap.
