Gym dares

I've been going to the gym a lot more recently and I'd like something to keep me occupied in the locker room/shower.

I'm REALLY inexperienced with dares/nudity, so very plain dares would be appreciated. Definitely nothing that is going to get me into trouble, mild stuff that people might raise an eyebrow at but nothing major.

It's a fairly large changing room with lots of lockers along the walls and somd central bench. Five shower cubicles with a drying area (with doors on)

an easy one to start with. when you shower, leave your towel in your locker. take only your soap/shampoo, and a washcloth (if you use one).

Getting undressed I got very nervous and ‘excited’ so quickly chucked everything into my locker and walked quickly to the showers.

Thought I’d done it and breathed a sigh of relief that no one really noticed when I turned the corner to the showers and almost bumped into someone, both naked

Calmed down in the privacy of the shower. The way back was more nerve wracking as I couldn’t see who was near my locker!

Luckily it wasn’t too busy and I quickly got my boxers on. Almost too quick and almost fell over.

Then got dressed as normal.

Similar to above. Walk to the shower and spend a minute or so in there and then 'remember' your soaps is in your locked locker. Walk back dripping wet and naked to get your soap.

Did this today. Had to adapt it slightly as they don’t let you walk out of the wet area straight out the shower so left my soap as far away from the shower in that area as possible. Never been naked and wet in front of people before. I was unlucky in that as soon as I opened the door there were a group of guys there and one thought I had finished. I mumbled something and walked to get my soap quickly. Stayed in the shower cubicle until I knew they’d gone so I didn’t see them again!

When you go to the locker room, undress in this order.
1. First, before you even take your coat off, lower your pants and underwear to your ankles where they are held on by your shoes but so you are otherwise bare below the waist.
2. Remove all your top layers so you are bare above the waist.
3. Only now may you remove your shoes and the clothes from around your ankles.

4. After your workout or swim, get dressed in the same order. Remember to put your coat on before you pull your underwear and pants up.

Doing all this will ensure that you are naked below the waist for as long as possible - and you look funny with your pants around your ankles for so much of the time.

I was really unlucky today. Both times I went in the changing room I was stood next to the same guy, who clocked me undressing in this order.

First time I was really nervous, but I was pretty speedy taking off my top layers so I was quickly naked. Getting dressed took a bit longer so I think the guy clocked my order was a bit unusual. Felt weird standing with my dick out whilst dressed in a coat.

Also did the soap challenge again, this is where I was lucky today. No one between the shower and where I had left my soap, think someone just about saw my arse as I was on my way back in.

Would love some more, small briefs next time.

After you finish showering, put your towel around your neck, head to the toilet area and enter a stall. Lock the door and then pee if you need to. Then get hard and place your fist on the toilet seat. Quietly edge yourself once by keeping your hand still and fucking with your hips.
