Keep your right arm hairy while you shave your left arm for 2 weeks at least once in 4 days. If you're left-handed, you may shave your right arm. Make it whole from the armpits down to your fingers.

For me nothing on the head please, and nothing longer than 1 month.

I hope you have hairy legs, because this would be pointless otherwise. You should shave a 10-cm (4-inch) horizontal stripe on both your legs (calves).
