I have a weaker bladder than most people, sometimes I was accidentally peeing myself when returning from drinking beer with friends. It's really good to drink something without needing toilet shortly after that. And of course diapers are sexy and comfortable.

For me it's like many have said, the feeling and comfort of the diaper as well as not needing to worry where a bathroom is when I need to go, I can just go wherever I am. I also enjoy the feeling of a squishy diaper, either from being very wet or messy.
