looking for dares on my road trip to mexico

well, simply i'm going to mexico in my car and i'm staying there for a week, i'm bringing a friend along (a female one) and I was hoping you fine people could give me some dares to do on the road as well as when I get there, i'm staying at a hotel but I also have family i'll visit during the day plus there should be a few restaurants and rest stops on the way. i'm still getting packed so if you would like me to pack anything let me know.

yes i'm aware, although in mexico i'll be more secluded then I will be on the road.
