5 Mile Torture run

I’ll be heading out for a 4-5 mile run tomorrow evening- around dusk. I want to make my running more interesting so requesting some tasks - preferable diaper related but any and all tasks will be completed

Make my run interesting yet horrible 😏

Wear tight shorts and four diapers. Make sure you use extra baby powder so you’re little bum bum doesn’t get hurt! If anyone asks what you’re wearing tell them diapers because I have crazy and uncontrollable vowel movements. Well, everyone needs to stay hydrated when they run, so you'll be drinking a lot before you go running, and then put a diaper on and go running.

If you have access to them you will be stuffing some nettle leaves down the back of your diaper at the start of your run, I hope the diaper rash doesnt get to bad ❤

Next time you go running put on tight runni ng pants and jog bottoms. Fill both the front and back of the pants and then the joggers with stinging nettles as many as you can find...

Keep them in for the duration when you finish piss yourself them take them out and walk home.

Allright drink 1l of water 30 min before your run. Then fill your diaper with flour and go on your run. You have to get back dry within one hour.

If you dont get back before(1h or wet) your next run fill your diaper with itching powder. If you make it back before 1h and wet your next run will be with an itching powder filled underwear(no diaper) youll also drink again, better get back this time
