1. Not as a hobby, as a profession. I own a wine bar.
2. Not listening to a professional and thinking that a "not so pretty label" says it's a bad wine.
3. A Cru from Beaujolais.
4. Not much surprises me, but what is is that how many people are into the subjects we're all into.

6. Didn't really understand the question.
7. That they are serious. I think that limits can be "broken" in due time. Besides, as a Dom/Master I have to respect boundaries.
