I am hoping!

I tied my balls with a rubber band. I thought that might help me hit them without getting my penis, and I did.

100 with my Hoka shoe. I use them because the extra cushioning in the heel helps my back. Good for my back; not so much with my balls.

100 with something blue--I chose a blue hand towel, and it really stung.

100 with something red--I chose my red hydro flask. No ice but it was still awful.

100 with my fist while lying in bed--LPV needs to do a lot less push ups.

These are done. It took a while.

I tried the toe of my sneaker. Not good enough.
I tried the heel of my sneaker. Not good enough.
I used the side of my heel of my sneaker for the hundred hits. That hurt. And i was sore afterward.

Something blue was a toilet brush. The only blue part was the bristle end, so.... yeah that hurt alot.

Had the hardest time finding something red. There was no red in the bathroom. Pink but no red. So in the kitchen i found red handled scissors. I beat myself with the handle 100 times. The impact from scissor handles is very strange on balls. And hurts.

Today's challenge is all about speed.

First, time yourself completing 250 hits to the left with a wooden spoon, alternating between medium and hard hits.

Then, complete the spoiler associated with the time you achieved:

Less than one minute:

Not great, but I'm not overly impressed. Finish with 137 hits with a wooden spoon in time with a metronome at 80 bpm. If you go over 137 or stop for a break, add an extra hundred.



4-6 minutes:

I think you can do better than that. Repeat the task, but do it in less time than your first attempt. If you fail to do it faster, pm me and we will discuss a consequence.



6-10 minutes:

Wow. We need to work on your speed. 25 Jumping jacks. Then five rubber band snaps to each ball. Then 25 hits with a spatula. Repeat this circuit 3 total times as quickly as possible.



Over 10 minutes:

This is pretty lame. I am disappointed. 5 snaps to the left, then 25 slow, hard hits to the left. Repeat 5 times total.

My family just left, and I completed this. I used a lemon which I found in their fridge. The only thing good about this task was the edges! Thought I might be getting used to the punishment, but if anything it's worse. Not better. I am afraid to look at your latest post.

Balls Shut: For failing yesterday's task, you will do the following:

You will give your balls a nice hard warmup with 100 hard hits from the wooden spoon. Then, you will give them a 3 minute massage with icyhot. Next, give yourself 100 more with the wooden spoon.
