2. For each mistake you make in part one, whether you forget what you wrote or what order your wrote it in, you must slap your pussy, each tit, each ass cheek, and each cheek once.

3. Then add a new sexual/humiliating word or phrase on one of the following places on your body, can only use each place twice:

Left inner thigh
Right inner thigh

Right breast
Below breasts
Left ass cheek
Right ass cheek

You may instead write on one of these places, in large letters, only once each place, to skip adding a new writing next hour (but must still do all other steps then).

Left outer mid thigh
Right outer mid thigh
Lower back
Left ankle
Right ankle

Other posters here can contribute ideas for things you should write, and if there are no ideas in this thread when you need to write something you can use a faproulette or come up with them on your own.

4. Update this thread with what you’ve written and where. You can use the thread as an answer key to see how many mistakes you’ve made and slaps you owe each hour.

5. After writing a new phrase, you have one minute to look at yourself in a mirror and work on memorizing all of them (you can still look at yourself in passing, but shouldn’t make any conscious attempt to memorize your writing beyond this).
