I feel foolish. I have completed this. I think my balls are swollen. Thanks for allowing the 10 minute breaks. They did help.

To really let it sink in what you’ve done to yourself, you’re going to do another 10 sets of 50 hits with the wooden spoon.

The first set can be light, but each set you must hit progressively harder.

I am feeling foolish. I did as you directed, but took at least 10 minutes in between each set. To be honest, the hits with the spoon sting more than anything else. However, by the last 2 sets, I was almost sick to my stomach. I did the 50 in each set, but I did take some time in between. I hope that is OK.
