Humiliate with piss

This is a good punishment to remind your sub of their place. Also works for both genders.

1. Have your sub stand in the shower and piss themselves. Make sure drain is plugged.
2. Roll dice if sub rolls even, they must run face in it for 5 minutes. If they roll odd they must slup it up and keep spitting it out for 5 minutes.
3. They must soak it all up with a sponge and squeeze it out all over them selves.
4. Stay like that for at least 15 covered in their own piss.

To add to humiliation make them watch them do this in the mirror and/or take pics of them while laughing at them.
