I'll now add a year.

New rules:

No clothing on when at home. Just you and your diaper. If your partner wants to dress you, it must be a onesie. If other people besides your partner are going to be in your home, then you may wear a dress.

It's time to change the diet just a little. You must have a side of prunes with every meal. Doesn't matter if you like them or not, but it must be every meal and can't be only a bite. You may substitute oatmeal for your breakfast if you must.

I really was being too nice! I’ll add 3 months this time! And if it’s not overlapping another rule every other month should be double diapered whenever possible

As for a rule, why not require you to sleep to a bladder and bowel control loss hypno file every night.
