There are 2 things you should learn.
First, it's not easy to keep on stealth.
When you encounter the enemies, if you want to stealth, you need to hold your breath when you move or perform any action.
If you fail to hold your breath while moving, put soap in your mouth and you cannot perform any stealth action anymore until the battle ends.

Second, you should feel for your character if you harm them.
During battle, keep track of how many hit enemies hit you.
After battle, apply those number of spanks to your body.
