virtual mistress?

So after looking on the internet trying to find out a little bit more about all this i found virtual mistress's which are like a game misstress wich give u a good start into it i geuss but some task could be a bit much for newbies.
so i have these questions :

so does any one like them?
ues them?
prefer a realy misstress or master?
dose anyone get there ideas from there?
masters tell there slave to us it?
