Insert your inflatable plug, tuck your wand lightly against your pussy on low then belt your thighs knees and calves together. Tape your mouth closed then start the timer for 45 minutes. Now roll onto your tummy and hold the bulb of the inflatable plug with both hands behind your back. You will attempt to keep track of time and pump the plug every 5 minutes.
