This should be very simple.

Put your name down if you want to compete. I will leave the window for entries open for 72 hours, so you have until 8am GMT on Thursday to be included.

I will then do a random draw and the two people out against each other send a picture of their erect cock with a ruler next to it. The smallest cock is knocked out and when all entries have submitted their results in this thread then we move on to the next round and so on.

A requirement of entry is that you put in your signature which round you made it to. So if you are knocked out in the first round you write "Knocked out in the first round of the cock size world cup"
The winner gets the accolade of saying they won the cock size world cup
