Default Help this slut lose weight

So, I had to create a new account
I couldn't get into my old one, oh well. Anyway, I'm needing to lose some weight (roughly 40lbs or 18kg), im 5'6 and 195lbs. I'm looking for dares and punishments to help me do this, even better if I can find someone to message on kik to keep me in line.

I've always been fascinated by the idea of diet control and "forced" exercise, now that I've gained so much weight (I was 120) I figure it's as good of a time as any to try it out.

No colas/sodas.

Also a list of toys should be included so that they can possibly be included in exercises.

This should be easy enough, I don't really do much dessert or sweets. Hard part will be the no snacks or soda

The jumping jacks seen easy enough, the fruit part is gonna be much much harder

Also when at home, if she gets hungry and it isn't during meal time, she needs to put her muzzle on.

I think you'll need stronger legs, with all that weight on you...Let's get you squatting!

50 squats (you can divide them in 2 series of 25, if you like) each day, right after the jumping jacks. Squat on the biggest dildo you have, better if it inflates or it's vibrating.

but what about chastity until you lose 10lbs


and since you say no snacking will be difficult, what about every time you want to snack you can eat a carrot.

Stop eating from 7 pm to 7 am, it will help. You're just allowed to drink water during that time.
Avoids all that is starchy at the evening. (So before 7 pm )
Eat just 3 meals per day. Eat fruits or low-fat dairy products between your meals. Not too much !
Walk minimum 10k steps a day. (Find an app to keep the count).

I keep track of food and exercise in a tracking app already

I can wear my muzzle any time I'm at home and it's not meal time. What exactly are my meals times? I don't ever fix food at designated times, just whenever I'm hungry

I can definitely do the chastity (I'm in chastity already so it doesn't make much difference) but I can't do the carrots because I don't have a fridge or any way to keep them

I can do this, I'll definitely have to do them in two sets of 25. I'll use my biggest dildo, unfortunately it doesn't vibrate or anything
