Okay use a humbler (if you don't have one you just need 2 30cm sticks and 2 elastic bands) You can google how to make one.
Strip naked put on the humber now walk straight around your house 5 times! now attach a rope to something quite heavy atleast 5 kilos and tied the other end around the humbler and go to a corner of a room and crawl (on all fours) across the room and drag it behind you

If you make it to the otherside of the room you can release yourself!
