Alright... due to exams and work, it has taken me a ridiculously long time to finish the second part of my last promise, which consisted in walking 32 steps away from my other clothes wearing only shoes and socks in a location at least 3.2 kilometres from my home.

Report:
I walked to a pre-selected location, which a friend of mine had recommended. It was the soccer field of a school, and it was surrounded by trees. What she didn’t mention was, that the trees didn’t really cover much, but there was a hedge which did a decent job. I wanted to be there around midnight, but I forgot that I had to walk there, so I was there at about 0:30am. To my horror, I heard, upon arrival, voices in the close end of the soccer field. Apparently, some drunk guys were still hanging out there and celebrating the local team’s game earlier in the day! I wasn’t going to back out though, and as it was fairly dark, I figured that they wouldn’t see me if I did it in the other end of the field. So I snuck around it. There was quite a lot of temporary fencing, and some housing containers for construction workers. I hoped nobody was awake, as I selected my spot right besides them and close to the hedge. There was a lamp outside the door of the toilet container, but I was a couple meters away, so I figured that the drunk guys wouldn’t see me. I pulled off my pants, my sweaty t-shirt, and finally my jacket. I started walking with long, slow steps, along the hedge, away from the containers, leaving my clothes behind. This meant I was getting closer to the soccer fans, and all of a sudden, it didn’t feel so dark anymore, so I made sure to be as quiet as possible. I’m pretty sure the whole thing went by without anyone noticing me though, and I got back and got re-dressed. Altogether, it wasn’t as difficult as exptected, peobably because it was too late at night.

Two minor details did not live up to my promise: 1. I’ve been taking waaaay too long to complete this and 2. After I came home, I realized that the location was only 3km away, not 3.2. If anyone feels the need to punish me for either of those, I will be making a promise in the weekend, which will be open for suggestions, so feel free to add punishments as part of that promise
In the meantime, I’ll make a short, easy promise now, just to pass time
