It depends how cold it is. In summer or if it's warm enough, then usually naked. If it's a bit too cold, I'll wear PJs.

Sometimes I sleep in whatever I'm wearing. Personally, I've never had a problem falling asleep in clothes that are generally considered "uncomfortable," like jeans. If I take a shower at night (instead of in the morning), then I usually sleep in boxers. If it's really cold, I'll also wear a shirt and comfy pants.
