This dare is very simple.

1. Get a towel and fold it in half somewhere on the floor. Depending on the size of the towel this should ideally give you enough room to sit on, but not lie down.
2. Set an alarm for 3 hours.
3. Sit on the towel until the alarm rings.

Rules

• You're not allowed to touch anything outside the towel area, nor bring anything with you.
• You're not allowed access to any sort of electronics. No Televisions or clocks to watch, no music, no internet, no phone. Watching a TV on the other side of the room is cheating.
• You can't move the towel to rearrange or relocate your space once you start.
• Time spent asleep does not count.

I think that this is already too hard for many people to do by itself, so I added some bonus points to make it easier:

1 Bonus Point Each (Add as many as you like)

• Do it naked.
• Fold the towel (or use a smaller one) so that you only have room to stand. Stepping off it still means you fail, even if it's an accident.
• Drink a large mug of water before you start. You may keep the mug with you to use as an emergency toilet, but only if you drink it again after (1 point for drinking the water, 1 additional point for peeing in the cup and drinking it.)

Location Bonus (1 point, pick one as desired)

• Set the towel up in front of an open window. Obviously you need to be visible from outside.
• Set the towel up in the garden.
• Set the towel up in public somewhere, i.e. a park. I'm not responsible for you getting caught doing stupid things.

If you want the additional parts but not to make decisions, you can easily set those up as dice rolls.
