Next time you do chores, do that nude with nipple clamps. Do your chores for 30 minutes, then take a 2 minutes break (with nipple clamps removed), then do another 30 minutes of nude chores with nipple clamps. I recommend doing laundry or vacuuming.

Lets have you do some excersice. Each day till the end of your holiday you will do 5 pushups. Each day you will add another 5 so first day 5 then 10 ect.

As a twist youll do your pushups with a plate of whiped cream under your face. Dont fail! If you fail more then once report for punishment.
