Wear white briefs to a grocery store with whatever clothing you want. Make sure you bring at least 2 diapers, but leave them in your car. Buy 2 large cans of refried beans, them take them into the store bathroom. Using a can opener you bought or brought with you, open one can and dump it entirely down your underwear. Then, in your dirty underwear and pants, walk out to your car and grab your diapers. Carry them visibly back into the store into the bathroom. Without wiping, change into your double diaper. Empty the second can of beans into the front of your diapers. Put on your dirty pants, and walk out of the store. When you reach your car, your dare is over.

Put on a diaper and cut 3 one slits into the front. Now drink 3 large glasses of water. Once you have to pee go out for an hour long walk. Hope it doesn’t leak!

I dare you to go out in a triple diaper so you have a good waddle. Then you have some tasks to complete:

1. Drink a litre of liquids
2. Eat a large greasy meal
3. Eat a jar of baby food
4. Write thirty lines of "I am a stinky diaper baby and I don't care who knows"
5. Drink a second litre of liquids
6. Pour refried beans or something similar into the back of your diaper
7. Stand without anything covering your diapers for thirty seconds (this can be done in an unlocked public toilet cubicle if you can't find anywhere isolated)

In order to get permission to go back to the safety of your home you must complete six of the seven tasks out in public.
You cannot change from your diaper however until all seven tasks are finished.

Go to a local lake, try to find an isolated spot(though it’s summer so you probably won’t). Put on a diaper, swim shirt, and wrap a towel around your waist before you go. Walk around for thirty minutes(you’re not aloud to touch the towel unless it falls, so I hope it’s secure hehe) looking for a place with as little people as possible. Once you find the place, drop your towel and get in the water. Swim around for thirty minutes then go home, again, no touching the towel unless it falls.

Put on two diapers and go to the mall while at the mall use the mall restroom to insert a suppository bonus if you don't use a stall now continue to shop you cannot leave until an hour after you poop or you can choose to change in a public restroom and leave at any time you want

You have to go to a public beach and sunbath for at least 30 minutes in just your diaper. The diaper must be soggy for your 30 minutes session. You can go to a secluded beach, but there must be at least one person in your field of view

take a black sharpie (the thicker the better) and write your real name followed by "is a diaper wetting baby" once on the front, and again on the back. Put on the diaper and a short...ish skirt, something that covers the diaper, but will allow you to flash it easily.

Now, you have to go for a 20 minute walk. For the most part, you can walk like normal, but when you walk past someone it gets more interesting. When you walk past them you have a choice. You can either pull the back of your skirt up for 2 seconds (but you aren't allowed to look to see if they are looking back at you), or, you can turn back and face them and flash the front for 6 seconds, but you can hide it if they look like they are going to turn and look.

Go to your local cinema in a thick diaper, but 2 large drinks and go into the screen, you must drink both drinks before the film actually starts. Once the film starts pull your trousers down to your ankles to reveal your diaper fully. You must now wet yourself and sit with your diaper on show for at least 30 minutes of the film- my advice is to be very careful what seat you pick because you wouldn’t want people seeing your diaper haha!
