Help! Need dare suggestions for couple

First time posting,
My partner and I have used a TorD app in the past but the quality of its content was all over the place, tho it did have its "make your own" sections I couldn't come up with many dares and would appreciate some suggestions, but here's the thing, we treat TorD as playful fun so there are rules we set.

-no Bondage, lack on interest, but blindfolds can in involved
-no sex dares, we use TorD to get into the mood, not to force it
-no food
-no butt stuff
-dares need to stay in the bedroom
-dares need to be less then 4~minuets, or stay until game is over
-dares need to be written so either partner (M and F) can complete them. or write it so it has a F and M option
-touching/fingering genitals is fine

We do have a wireless egg vibrator, plenty of condoms, lube, a fair bit of space and dice if you can include into a dare.
