I beat this record yesterday by (only) 3 hours. I wore my pink male g-string (I assume that counts as panties too) for 13 hours straight. I just completed this and my jaw is still recovering. I wore my large metal open mouth spider gag for 1,5 hours non-stop and it was absolutely terrible! 1 hour really is the max for this. I inserted my heavy glass plug yesterday directly after coming home from work and only removed it this morning after 13 hours of wear, including sleep!

This DIY device, while certainly painful, doesn't have to be a vicious as the picture in my album would make you think.
