Go to a clothing store and mess a diaper, then go into a fitting room and change in there, be sure to use ALOT of powder (be sure to get extra on yourself). Put the diaper in a clear ziplock bag, and carry it out of the store (can hide the best you can, but cannot be fully enclosed in a bag)

If you haven't messed yourself by the time your diaper starts to leak then change into a double diaper, mess it, and wear it until it starts to leak.

Go to a department store like target or Walmart and wear a diaper and bring a visible diaper bag(buy a diaper bag) and while shopping wet your diaper then go up to a shop attendant and tell you need the bathroom so you can change you diaper. Next go to a movie theatre and see a movie while wearing two diapers and you must drink two large comes while watching the movie and you may not get up during the movie and you must change after in theatre in the bathroom. Have a fun day.

I am not sure what you mean by your last sentence but I will have a go. To try and not do what you don't want to...

Every fifteen minutes you have to release your bladder until just before you are about to pee and then try and stop it. If you make it to the end of the timer dry the you can go use the bathroom and the date is over. If you wet yourself then clearly you need diapers, wear diapers and dresses whenever you can for the next three days.
