Hold Me Accountable For My Denial

Hi Getdare,

I have decided to deny myself for the next 7 days. This may not seem like a lot to you but as someone who cums multiple times a day this is going to be a big challenge. To keep myself accountable I am going to upload a report here for each day. What I'm asking you for is encouragement/tips/tricks for lasting the whole week as well as ideas for rewards/punishments if I succeed or fail. This part is tricky since I know if a punishment is too harsh I will not do it even if I fail (I know I know so lame).
As for a reward I'm thinking buying myself ice cream would be a good start. For punishments I am curious about something messy as that can be very humiliating and gives me time to think about my action. A Spanking could also be apt or even online exposure. I also have a buttplug as my only toy but not sure how this would fit in as I wouldn't trust myself to use it during my denial period.

For accountability you could share some pictures already, with the treath of being exposed to help you stay denied.
For punishment, if you fail go for a run, 1km for each day you did make it (so how further you get how more you will be motivated to keep up) with your buttplug in.

Well since an ice cream would be a reward lets also make it a punishment. As a punishment if you fail you will need to get yourself an ice cream cone or a dish of ice cream. Now since it was a fail you must have played with yourself. So do that again but make it an edge. Right after the edge either dump the bowl of ice cream all over your erection, or take the cone and smash it into your erection. You may not clean it up until your erection is gone.

a) Running 1 m for every day I completed (min. 1)
b) Edging myself and using ice cream to kill the boner
c) To try again to reach 7 days

Ugh not well TBH. After a long day of classes yesterday I decided to watch some porn with the intention to not touch at all. After a few minutes I decided to edge. All was going well until I accidentally came in my pants rubbing up against my bed. I guess this opened up the floodgates as I came 3 more times that day. Not sure if I'll go through with the ice cream punishment since that involve me buying some that I would end up eating anyway which was supposed to be my reward.
