This is really going off topic... I know I am not a mod, but oh well...

This isn't about that law case.

GetDare doesn't have this issue. The mods are there to stop pictures and underage S&M from going round the site.

All in all, GetDare is perfect

I'm sorry, Smile-the-mod, but permit me to make one last off-topic post so I can say what I think about all this:

WHAT THE HELL?!

Why was she convicted? Yeah, it was a stupid thing to do. But, still- the world seems to be fine with stupidity! The law was to protect kids and teens from pedophiles and whatnot. But, let's face it, as long as there exists such thigs as puberty and hormones, there will never be a time when chidren will not be sexually awakened until the second they turn 18. Does an average kid think that taking a nude picture of themself is a crime? No- and more to the point it shouldn't be.

There is an obvious difference between a grown person owning (or worse- distibuting) pornography of underage people and teens taking risque photos of themselves to proudly e-mail to their boyfriends or girlfriends.

sorry for reiveing an old thread but i was about to create a thread on this very topic. how about a new section (like the S&M one) just for under 18s? adults and mods could still view it just not post. im 15 and male by the way.

The reason is very simple: this hot 15 year old mistress posting an ad to get young slaves could very well be in fact a 62 year-old man. We have ways to verify these things but nothing is ever 100% foolproof on the internet.

Admins and mods have a responsibility to ensure everyone's safety on a site like here. The S/M area used to be 16+ and we raised it to 18+ for a reason.

Ferret, a M/s relationship and getting dares are 2 completely different things (to most at least). You still can ask for dares in TorD online, that's the purpose of this section.

i know but just U18 to U18 for dares also dare buddy ads instead of SM ads as dare buddies have worked well for me in the past.
