There should be one golden rule: everything should be done using your hands. Furthermore, everything should be done right next to your bed.

Squat right next to your bed and cup your hands below your asshole. Poo in your hands and when done pooping, go to the bathroom and drop it into the toilet. If you want to clean your ass, you must go back to your bed and clean your ass with your bare hands there. Go back to the bathroom and smear your dirty hands to a piece of toilet paper. Drop the toilet paper into the toilet and repeat this process of cleaning your ass with your bare hands until it's clean.

Do i need to flush or should i push the poop up with my hands withouth flushing?

Never through about pushing the poop up the toilet, but try this, yes. If you do not succeed after 5 minutes, you may flush.
