Writing Off

Tape a couple of sheets of ruled paper to a wall at eye level or stand facing a chalkboard. Pull your pants or skirt around your ankles and begin writing off "I will not act out in class" while imagining doing this in front of the entire class. After every 10 lines, stop and whack yourself on the bare bum with a rule or paddle as hard as you can stand, as tho the teacher was punishing you. Repeat this till you've written at least 100 lines for the class and your butt is nice and red!
