Chilly Wedgie dare. M or F

Take your undergarment and place it in the freezer overnight. When ready for the dare, remove the fully frozen garment from freezer, (It will be stiff and krinkly) and put on without any hesitation. Next, preferably someone else should carry out the "pull". Then keep wearing without adjustment until dry.

Wouldn't you have to get the underwear wet first? It doesn't seem like much would happen with them dry.

You don't have to wet them first. There is already moisture present. However I would love to hear someone try by making them wet first before freezing.

If you wet them first the underwear will be properly frozen and you won't be able to put them on never mind wedgie them, surely.
