Alright - I figured out my goals.
First, edges are really tough for me, so I am going to substitute days of no touching for it. I've been getting less than 4 hours of sleep lately, so I think 7 is unrealistic. I will set my goal at 4.5. My daily calorie goal will be 2000.

Woo we are starting today! I want to focus on drinking plenty of water.My starting weight is 305. Which kinda surprised me since I have been kinda bad since the end of the first time round of the challenge.

Okay so I did 30 mins of exercise, 20 mins weights, 10 mins stretching. The weights had rest periods I didn't count. +1
Calorie goal was under +1 That is about it so yeah.

Clarifying question: the app I downloaded to track calories will adjust the daily calorie budget based on if you exercise. Is it okay to use that dynamic calorie goal or should I stick with the same number every day?

Either is fine, as long as you stay within the number it gives you. Personally I just stick to 1600 a day, although my app does adjust it as well.

Day 3:
If you can manage +3 points a day, bolstered by some exercise, you can still do well, and comfortably. You can do it! I've already messed up my food goals for the day, and even if keep under the calorie count will take it as a -1; I get a bit stupid with the pain, fatigue and the cold, and dose up on sugary coffee to make myself feel better. Annoying.

Calories are going to be tough for me. It wasn't until I tallied yesterday that I noticed missing that one not only is a missed point, but a subtracted point. Everything else is going to be tweaks to improve my habits, but that category is going to be a pretty radical transformation in my eating habits.

I've gone over my calorie limit the last 2 days! Mostly due to over indulging and poor planning. In the past I've found high volume, low calorie foods are really good to eat, especially if you're like me and tend to snack a lot...
Watermelon Strawberries Cucumber Lettuce Etc Are all good! Just be careful with fruits because they have a lot of sugars in them which can add up quick if you eat a LOT of them. Chewing gum and drinking water when you feel bored or slightly hungry can help too!!
