well, as you consistently keep asking, let me give you something for the public hairs:
-shave them away completely on the right side of your body, and while you're at it: shave your upper legs on both sides of your body.
-take a role of adhesive tape and stick the hairs to the tape, clearly separating them from the region from where they came. place the tape on a diaper while at work next time.

Ok, so should I shave half or all of it, like bbob suggests? And any other ideas for what do do with the hair because there’s a lot of it so I can do the tape and probably something else.

I'd say half of it, as a reminder of both you hairiness and your boldness at the same time (and you may be made to shave the rest at some other point...).

If you expect there to be so much more we have more options:
-photograph it so we know how much came off
-for the rest: take a stress ball, and open it on one side, remove part of the material that is in it, and replace it by your own hairs. Then resew it.
-walk around using the ball the next 2 weeks, and always have it visible on your desk.

and in case you are still looking for denial reductions: for 2 days of denial:

dress twice as much as possible like an as small as possible child. One workday (where you'll get some leeway) and one non-workday.

On both days:
-use cling wrap to make your breast is non-existent as possible
-wear a diaper with a childish print on it. Either buy it, or buy stickers to place on it
-use loud colours
-no make up, no deodorant/perfume

On the non-working days
-everything you wear should have some type of print on it (animal or similar)
-wear your hair in pigtails
-spend an hour colouring in public
-only order child's menu's etc when eating out. When eating in: use baby formula

You should be ashamed of yourself, still wetting the bed. I laugh every time I see your pictures, in your big girl Pampers. You are disgusting wearing diapers night and day. Since you like degrading yourself, I have another dare for you.

After work, in your car (on a day you wear pants) I want you to take a pin and poke your soggy diaper through your pants, 20 to 30 times. Then I want you to spit on your crotch two or three times.

Now you can drive off but I want you to stop and put gas in your car on the way home. Since you're a big baby, you should drool down your chin on the way. As you pump the gas I want you to try and wet your diaper. Uh oh, you just wet your pants! On your way home I want you to drool some more.

At home take a couple of pictures in your wet pants. (That will let us know that you still need the diapers.) Stay in the wet diaper/pants for 20 minutes. Post the pics and let us know how it went.

Ive only wet the bed twice I saw this in the morning before work so I wore pants that would hide but still make it visible enough in picture proof.

I was so embarrassed, driving to the gas station after work, drooling on myself and knowing that I was about to wet my pants. I pulled up to a pump on one end of the gas station. There were a few people on the other end and one in the middle row. I’m sure no one noticed, but I was very self-conscious about the drool on my chin that had dribbled onto my coat. (My coat is short, so wetting was still very visible). I started pumping the gas and counted to 10 before I started to pee. I started feeling very warm and then suddenly, the warmth started flooding down my legs. I was so embarrassed and I was stuck waiting for the car to fill up. About 2 minutes, I was exposed as a pants wetter and then I was finally able to get back in the car.

It’s even more humiliating to have the evidence on KT

I’m still wearing 24/7, it’s just that work has gotten very hectic lately and I’ve been working a lot of overtime - frankly I’m physically exhausted. It’s actually kind of been a convenience at this point that I don’t have to physically go to the bathroom as much, to be honest.

Yes, I’m definitely still open to new dares, but I can’t make any promises that I’ll have time for them immediately. But I do plan to do as many as I can get to.

Glad to be of help here (although I hope your a bit less exhausted now).

Let me give you a dare which is both fun, but which does not take any time away from your work. Go to your desk and stay at your desk for 5 complete hours. Make sure you have some drink with you and don't worry: you're still wearing your own toilet. Only when you deem those 5 hours to have been fully productive you may get up and walk around. (Make sure you do some anti-thrombosis activities). You are free to pee your diaper during those hours of course, but only while at the same time writing at your maximum typing rate (eg when writing an email).
