New Sweaty Workout Dice Dare!

HI all. It's time to sweat! Here there is an idea I prepared for all boys and girls!
First of all you need to wear a t-shirt, shorts and socks, naturally underwear too!
You have to roll your die some times:
1st roll: it's about 1st set
2nd roll: it's about 2nd set
3rd roll: it's about 3rd set

In the first two rolls you had two numbers, one each roll.
For every set you have to do the number of exercises you rolled!
But which ones?
if roll a 1: do the first in the list
if roll a 2: do the first and the second
if roll a 3: do the first, the third and the fifth
if roll a 4: do the first four exercises
if roll a 5: all except the fifth
if roll a 6: do all exercises in the set, in the order!

After that you roll for the 3rd set, the number you get will show you how many times will repeat all!

Finally YOU HAVE TO POST HERE WHAT YOU ROLLED!
You also can ask a truth to me when you complete your workout (nothing too personal), but must tell what exercises you have done!

FIRST SET:
1) 10 pushups
2) 10 crunches
3) 10 situps
4) 50 jumping jacks
5) 20 squats
6) 2 minutes run on the spot

SECOND SET:
1) 15 pushups
2) 1 minute plank
3) 1 minute elbow plank
4) 1 minute side plank (30 seconds each side)
5) 30 seconds wall sit
6) 20 situps

THIRD SET:
1) only 1 time, lucky!
2) 2 times all
3) 3 times all
4) only 1 time, lucky!
2) 2 times all
6) repeat all 4 times, it's very bad!
