Winner decides qustodio rules for looser that must last at least one week. They must be self enforced with a daily check in from the loser to report to the winner how they are doing. If the loser misses a check in, they must add another two days to the duration of the dare. Any time limits or restrictions must not conflict with any limits the loser may have. The rules of the dare must be decided before the dare begins and the loser or winner can ask for changes to the dare as it progresses.
