If you have any condoms then pour some hot water into it and tie off the end with the condom itself. Place it in the freezer, though make sure nothing is pushing against it or it'll freeze oddly.

After 2 hours it should be frozen enough, though I'd say hold the entire ice condom in your entire palm as tight as you can for at least 1 minute. If you can easily do this then it's just right, but if at any time you think you need to release to warm up then it's not safe enough, keep it out for a few minutes while it thaws.

Put some lube on the outside and put it inside you, but not all the way in. Try to have an orgasm with just this item without touching yourself.
