Take two diapers, cut a slit in the bottom of one of the., then mix them up and pick one at random. Without seeing which it was, put it on under your normal clothes and go out to a park with plenty of people during the day. Make sure your bladder is good and full by the time you get there. Walk at least 30 minutes away from your car then empty your bladder. 50% chance you walk back to your car with a full diaper. 50% chance you'll have soaked your pants with piss. Don't stop until you've emptied it, and don't change until you get home.
