Do a rapid desperation challenge and before you start holding frog tie yourself ( ankles tied to thighs) try and hold your pee for 2 hours.

If you don't know what rapid desperation is its easy to look up rapid desperation pee

next time you need to pee get a piece of paper on the toilet lid and write " I need to pee" on it 500 times, writing diagonally. If you pee early do it on the paper, try not to make a mess.
